Ali Baba - Atunyota Alleluya Akpobome (GCFRN)

Atunyota Alleluya Akpobome, popularly known as Ali Baba, was born on June 24, 1965, in Agbarha Otor, Delta State, Nigeria. He is the first son of a royal family, and his father was a retired soldier who served in Lagos.


Ali Baba spent his early years in Warri, Delta State, where his journey of talent discovery began.

Education

Primary Education: Command Secondary School, Ipaja, Lagos State.
Secondary Education: Ibru College, Agbarha-Otor, Delta State.
University Education: He earned a degree in Religious Studies & Philosophy from Bendel State University (now Ambrose Alli University), Ekpoma.

Ali Baba started his professional comedy career in the early 1990s, during a time when stand-up comedy was not a mainstream profession in Nigeria.
