It may be understandable to resist going the extra mile for a difficult or harsh boss, but in reality, that mindset is counterproductive regardless of your employer’s disposition.

True diligence, commitment, and integrity should not be conditional.

When you approach your work with the mindset that God is your ultimate boss, the One who sees and rewards all good efforts, you will find motivation beyond salary and recognition.
